Continuous improvement is the driving force behind Kenco’s Quality Management System which is structured to be compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and has the ability to be tailored to each site’s specific regulatory or industry standards. Focus is given to instilling continuous improvement into every facet of the QMS, from the creation of standard work, to standard operating procedures, to risk management tools such as FMEA. The goal is to provide repeatable and reproducible results that add value to our customers.
The approach taken for each customer is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) lifecycle whereby standards and customer requirements of the QMS are implemented at the outset and monitored and improved upon in a continuous cycle of improvement. Examples of some of the programs that the quality management team provides include internal auditing programs, training curriculum programs for each site quality representative and additional regulatory and quality guidance programs delivered through our enterprise quality management system.
